President Federation Cup: Osanga says Nasarawa United are ready to face Ikorodu City.

Nasarawa United captain King Osanga has announced that his side is fully prepared for the President Federation Cup semi‑final against Ikorodu City, according to the DAILY POST.

The match is scheduled for Wednesday (today) at the Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium in Benin City.

The Solid Miners are aiming for a third appearance in the final of Nigeria’s oldest football competition.

Osanga said Ikorodu City will be a tough opponent but expressed confidence that his team can secure a place in the final.

"This is why we play football. Semi‑finals of the FA Cup don’t come around every season. We respect our opponents because they have earned their place here, but the dressing room is united and hungry," Osanga, a former Golden Eaglets winger, told the club’s media.

The President Federation Cup winner will earn a spot in next season’s CAF Confederation Cup.
