Former Arsenal player Ray Parlour says Bournemouth striker Eli Junior Kroupi would be a “good signing” for the Gunners.
Parlour believes that Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta would help develop Kroupi further if the 19‑year‑old were to join the Premier League club in North London.
Kroupi has been a top transfer target for Arsenal this summer after a standout first season in the Premier League, following his move from French side Lorient.
Speaking to The Mirror, Parlour said, “Kroupi’s a very good, talented player, there’s no doubt about that. He’s a young player, and you know Mikel Arteta can make players even better when they are young, so that would be a good signing.”
Arsenal is looking to strengthen Arteta’s squad this summer after finishing without a title in the UEFA Champions League last season.
