Turkey: Galatasaray President Özbek Decides to Sell Osimhen for €150 million

Galatasaray President Dursun Özbek has made it clear that the club will not sell its leading striker, Victor Osimhen.

Recent reports indicated that Atletico Madrid had offered €150 million for Osimhen’s transfer.

The Nigerian international has been linked with moves to several European clubs, including Real Madrid, Paris Saint‑Germain, Barcelona, Chelsea, Juventus and Manchester United.

When asked whether he would consider a €150 million bid, Özbek told Forza Cimbom (via Fotomâç): “We didn’t buy Osimhen to sell him.”

“He’s a footballer who adds tremendous value to Galatasaray and loves the club deeply. We want him to serve Galatasaray for many years. Osimhen is also very happy at Galatasaray.”

Osimhen joined Galatasaray from Napoli and helped the team win consecutive Turkish Super Lig titles.
