NYSC Announces Passing‑Out Date for 2025 Stream One Corps Members

The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) management has set Thursday, 9 July 2026, as the passing‑out date for the 2025 Batch ‘B’ Stream One corps members.

Caroline Embu, Director of Information and Public Relations, noted that preparatory activities will begin on Tuesday 23 June 2026. These will include Job Advisory and Counselling (JAC) sessions conducted by the NYSC and partner agencies, registration and clearance of corps members by Local Government Inspectors (LGIs), and the signing of final clearance by Zonal Inspectors.

The modest ceremony will involve handing out Certificates of National Service to eligible corps members across all local government areas.

The statement added that Director‑General Brigadier General Olakunle Nafiu wishes the corps members a successful conclusion and passing‑out.

He further encouraged them to let the scheme’s core values steer their post‑service conduct, serving as ambassadors of the NYSC.
