Turkish Süper Lig champions Galatasaray are reportedly preparing for a new striker should Victor Osimhen depart, according to Afrik‑Foot.
Osimhen’s future has been a hot topic in the summer transfer window for the past three years. While playing for Napoli, his impressive displays consistently attracted interest from clubs such as Chelsea, Manchester United and PSG, yet it was Galatasaray that ultimately secured his signature.

Since the beginning of the year, he has been repeatedly associated with Chelsea, PSG, Real Madrid, Barcelona and Bayern Munich.
Most recently, coach Éric Chelle highlighted the 27‑year‑old by stating that Osimhen would miss matches against Poland and Portugal due to club matters. These remarks reignited exit speculation, but Osimhen swiftly denied the narrative on social media.

Transfermarkt reports that the club has identified Rangers striker Youssef Chermiti as a potential replacement should Osimhen leave this summer.
The Portuguese forward finished the previous season with 15 goals and five assists in 30 appearances for the Gers. He is currently valued at €15 million. While Galatasaray have repeatedly stated that they do not intend to sell Osimhen, they would be well positioned to acquire Chermiti if a buyer were to meet the club’s valuation.
