Senator Arise Congratulates Oyebanji on Re‑Election Victory

A senior figure of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ekiti State, Senator Ayo Arise, has extended congratulations to Ekiti State Governor Biodun Oyebanji following his victory in the June 20, 2026 governorship election.

Speaking to reporters in Ado Ekiti, Arise said that Oyebanji’s win demonstrated the governor’s dedication to the state’s development.

Arise praised the voters of Ekiti for turning out in large numbers to support Oyebanji and his deputy, Mrs. Monisola Afuye, for a second term, noting that this outcome would help accelerate the construction of infrastructure and other development projects across the state.

He added that Governor Oyebanji’s continued leadership would bring further progress in roads, education, health, agriculture, the civil service, and other sectors.

As a candidate for the 2027 Ekiti North Senatorial District, Arise also urged unity, justice and fairness within the APC in the state ahead of the upcoming general elections.
