NSITF and Yoke Solutions Win WCGC2026, Set to Represent Nigeria in Beijing

Team NSITF and Yoke Solutions dominated the World Corporate Golf Challenge (WCGC) at Ikoyi Club 1938 over the weekend, earning spots to represent Nigeria at the WCGC World Finals in Beijing, China, later this year.

The high‑stakes national finals, staged on the club’s premier golf section, provided a thrilling finale to this year’s annual corporate tournament.

Oluwatoyin Oni and A. Johnson, playing for Team NSITF, posted a commanding combined 75 Stableford points to secure victory.

Talal Akar and Arun Sharma, representing Yoke Solutions, delivered masterful play to top the leaderboard with a gross score of 65.

Both pairs will now advance to the world stage, where they will compete against corporate executives from around the globe between October 19 and October 23, 2026.

Shortly after the announcement, Team NSITF representative A. Johnson expressed immense pride in the achievement and pledged that both teams would serve as worthy ambassadors for Nigeria at the world finals.

In the net category, NSITF finished first, while debutant Sai Atlantic, represented by Vinayak Advani and Elias Abdelahad, finished second.

Megamound Investment placed third, losing to Sai Atlantic on countback.

Brand Manager of TCL, the event’s major sponsor, Eyet Spencer, expressed satisfaction with the outcome and reaffirmed TCL’s commitment to golf and sports sponsorships, noting that it aligns with the brand’s vision to inspire greatness through sport.

Chief Executive Officer of Falcon Golf Development Company, the WCGC franchise holder in Nigeria, Mr. Remi Olukoya, reiterated the organization’s dedication to developing golf in Nigeria.
