Nasarawa Amazons Players Receive Cash Bonus After Victory Over Bayelsa Queens in NWFL Playoff Match

Hajiya Husaina Suleiman Nagogo, chairperson of Nasarawa Amazons, rewarded the team after their second‑match victory in the Nigeria Women Football League (NWFL) Super Six playoff against Bayelsa Queens.

The Amazons defeated the defending champions 2‑1 in Port Harcourt on Monday.

Nagogo congratulated the players and fulfilled her pledge to give cash rewards for each win in the tournament.

The win places Nasarawa Amazons at the top of the playoff standings, with six points from two games.

The club will face FC Robo Queens in the third matchday of the competition on Wednesday.

The tournament winner will be crowned the 2025‑26 NWFL champion and will qualify for the WAFU B Women’s Champions League.
