Ikorodu City and El‑Kanemi Warriors Reach President’s Federation Cup Final

The President Federation Cup final will feature a showdown between Ikorodu City and El‑Kanemi Warriors, according to the Daily Post.

El‑Kanemi Warriors, who have won the competition three times, beat Wikki Tourists 3–1 in the semi‑final held at Muhammadu Dikko Stadium in Katsina.

The Maiduguri‑based club will appear in its second final within a span of two years.

Ikorodu City secured a place in the final after a 4–2 win on penalties against Nasarawa United.

The match ended 1–1 after regular play.

Ayoola Ibrahim opened the scoring for Ikorodu City in the 11th minute, while Nasarawa United levelled five minutes before halftime.

This will be Ikorodu City’s debut appearance in the President Federation Cup final.
