Gov. Oyebanji Expected to Be Declared Winner of Ekiti Election

The All Progressives Congress candidate in Saturday’s governorship election in Ekiti State, Governor Biodun Oyebanji, is leading in all the election results of the 16 local governments announced by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) at the State Collation Centre in Ado‑Ekiti on Sunday morning.

His closest challengers are the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Dr. Wole Oluyede, and the candidate of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), Ambassador Dare Bejide.
