Gov Namadi Submits Ahmed Kaugama’s Nomination to Jigawa Assembly for Approval

Governor Umar Namadi has submitted the name of Ahmed Kaugama to the Jigawa State House of Assembly for confirmation as a commissioner and member of the State Executive Council.

The nomination was announced in a statement released by the Secretary to the State Government, Bala Ibrahim, and was made available to journalists on Tuesday.

The statement was signed by the Public Relations Officer in the Office of the Secretary to the Government of Jigawa State, Isma’ila Ibrahim Dutse.

According to the statement, the nominee’s name has been forwarded to the Assembly for consideration and confirmation in accordance with constitutional provisions.

If the lawmakers confirm the nomination, Kaugama will join the Jigawa State Executive Council as a commissioner.
