Nigerian prospect Zadok Yohanna has signed a permanent deal with Premier League side Brighton & Hove Albion.

The 18‑year‑old, who arrived at the Seagulls from Swedish club AIK, has agreed a five‑year contract.

Brighton secured the winger after outbidding Newcastle United and Chelsea.

Yohanna attracted attention with his strong displays for AIK during the current season.

He finished the campaign with two goals and three assists in seven league appearances before completing his move to Brighton.

The player joined the Swedish club from Ikon Allah Academy last year.
