Babajide and Oladipo secure Italian double for AS Roma

Super Falcons pair Rinsola Babajide and Shukurat Oladipo secured a domestic double after AS Roma defeated Juventus in the Coppa Italia Women final.

Manuela Giugliano scored the decisive goal for the Galliorosi ten minutes from time.

Oladipo, who was named the best defender in the Italian top flight during the 2025/26 season, played the full 90 minutes.

Versatile striker Babajide remained an unused substitute in the closely fought match.

Earlier this month, AS Roma had already clinched the Serie A Femminile title.

Oladipo made 31 appearances across all competitions for the club, while Babajide appeared 14 times, scoring one goal and providing three assists.
