APC Sets Up National Assembly Primary Election and Appeal Committees in 2027

The ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) has released the composition of its Primary Election Committees and Primary Election Appeal Committees for the upcoming National Assembly primaries.

Party National Publicity Secretary Felix Morka announced the details in a statement on Friday.

The APC urged all members and stakeholders to conduct the exercise with transparency, fairness, and peace.

Daily Post previously reported that the APC postponed its House of Representatives primary for the 2027 general elections by one day, while keeping the rest of its timetable unchanged.

The party clarified that the change does not affect other scheduled primaries, including those for the Senate, State Houses of Assembly, governorship, and presidency.
