NPFL: Abia Warriors lead chase for Niger Tornadoes midfielder

Michael Nelson is on the verge of joining Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL, side Abia Warriors.

Abia Warriors are reported to be in advanced negotiations for the midfielder.

The Abia side are looking to bolster their midfield as they look to improve on their performance next season.

Katsina United and Plateau United are also reportedly interested in the midfielder.

Nelson featured for Niger Tornadoes in the NPFL last season.

He previously played for Enyimba and El-Kanemi Warriors.
